I am a Professor in the Department of Statistics at Feng Chia University. I did my Ph.D. in Mathematics (Statistics option) with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Indiana University Bloomington, USA. My work focuses on stochastic modeling and statistics phylogenetic, with applications to evolutionary/developmental biology, health insurance and public finance, and data science education.
